Trials will end

Daniels friends weren't the only ones thrown in a fiery furnace. Sometimes we are too, and when we are, boy is that fire hot! We go through hardships - sometimes one after another and it is easy to feel like it will never end.

God is using that trial to conform us to His image. It's important we stay humble to Him as He mold us. That is the 1st part of 1 Pet 5:6 "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God,"

The second part is a promise..." that he may exalt you in due time: (1 Pet 5:6b)"

When we don't have the strength to stand up, when our legs are weak, God will exalt (lit: raise us up) us - that is HE will stand us on our feet in His love.

1 Peter 5:10 gives us an amazing promise:

But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

Did you catch the words "After we have suffered a while?" That means the trial will be over. It won't be forever. It will end. It will end. It really will. Then, God will complete us, stablish us, strengthen us and settle us. Hallelujah!

"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren"
Rom 8:28-29

Amen!!!!

Many of the blogs I read share struggles that others feel and experience. People are hurting and need daily strength. We must make His Word important to see increased faith in our lives.
